Some rooms might lack modern conveniences, like updated fittings, which might be a downside for those who prefer contemporary designs. The noise insulation could be better as sounds from adjacent rooms can sometimes disrupt your peace, especially during busy periods.

The location made it easy to explore the city. The massive TV was a fantastic touch for unwinding after a long day out.

The room size was indeed cramped for two adults.

The charming Victorian décor and friendly staff made me feel right at home. I adored the antique furniture and cozy atmosphere, which reminded me of my grandmother's house. The access to public transportation was a blessing, too!

Charming character, fantastic location.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved exploring the nearby Hampstead Theatre and spending time at the beautiful park with its 9-hole golf course. The location was spot on, just steps from the tube station! The place had a warm, welcoming vibe, making our stay feel like home.

Unfortunately, one of our friends had a rough check-in experience. The staff seemed a bit unfriendly at first, which put a damper on things initially.

stayed at best western for 10 nights and loved it! the location is ideal, just a few minutes from the swiss cottage tube station. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. plus, the room was clean and provided us with a great night’s sleep.

I stayed at Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel for 3 nights and had a lovely experience. The room was sunny and very comfy, featuring a queen size bed that was larger than expected. The staff were incredibly nice and cheerful, and the breakfast offered a great selection that kept us fueled for our outings.

The temperature control for the shower can be tricky. boiling hot water comes out quickly, making it a challenge to find the right setting. the lift is quite small, only fitting three small adults, which means you'll likely need to lug your luggage up the creaky stairs if you're on the upper floors. While the room had plenty of space, the bathroom felt cramped, limiting comfort for anyone taller than 5'11". The décor, while filled with character, definitely shows signs of aging, which may not work for those seeking a modern ambiance.
